Lake Michigan Family Cottage
Matrix has worked with this family for over 12 years. We first renovated their home in Grand Rapids, so when it was time to rehab their family cottage they called us. After much debate, we found it more economical to tear down and build a new cottage. We then duplicated many of the treasured elements in the new design. So, although the cottage is all new and much improved, it still feels cozy and familiar to the owners.
