Rooms with a view
A series of poorly built additions had succeeded only in transforming this lakefront home into a headache. Consequently, the new owners had Matrix bulldoze two-thirds of it, gut the remainder, and add nearly 3,000 square feet. Inside, the new focal point is an expansive great room with huge fieldstone fireplace. Outside, the focal point is the adjacent lake – Matrix elevated the addition four feet to provide generous views.
