A bit of everything
OK, let’s see: Remove the screen porch, build a new all-season sunroom, convert the old garage into a great room, construct a new breezeway and garage, put a studio above the garage, and add a new powder room, mudroom and foyer. Anything else? Oh, yes, why not just go ahead and renovate just about every other room while we’re at it.
